Kelsey is an associate in the firm’s Tampa Bay Office, where she has the privilege of representing victims affected by mesothelioma. Prior to joining MRHFM, she handled a variety of complex personal injury and product liability claims from inception up through settlement/trial.

Kelsey received her law degree from Florida State University College of Law, where she was a member of the Mock Trial Team, the Law Review, and the Jessup Moot Court Team.  Also in law school, Kelsey had the honor of clerking for the Honorable James R. Wolf at the First District Court of Appeal of the State of Florida. 

Prior to law school, Kelsey received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia where she triple-majored in International Studies, Spanish, and Political Science.

Outside of the office, Kelsey spends her free time playing volleyball, cooking with her boyfriend, enjoying time with her family, and doting on her beloved niece and family dog.

Kelsey is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Association for Justice and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida as well as all Florida State Courts.

In 2023, Kelsey was named as a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 for Civil Plaintiffs.

Experience

Prior to MRHFM, Kelsey was an attorney at a Personal Injury firm in Tampa, Florida, where she handled a variety of complex personal injury and product liability claims from inception up through settlement/verdict. Asbestos-related claims.
