Isabel is an associate in the firm’s New York office, where she has the privilege of representing victims who have been tragically affected by mesothelioma. Prior to joining MRHFM, Isabel began her legal career as a litigation attorney at a boutique civil litigation firm, where she handled a varied case load of personal injury matters, contract and shareholder disputes, divorces, and estate cases from inception up through settlement/verdict.
Isabel received her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Vice-President of the Cardozo for Immigrants’ Rights and Equality Club. Isabel was also a mediator within Cardozo’s Divorce Mediation Clinic and a volunteer with Sanctuary for Families’ Uncontested Divorce Project, helping to provide no-cost divorces to victims of domestic violence. Additionally, as a law student, Isabel completed two internships with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, serving in both the Human Trafficking Unit and the Conviction Integrity Bureau.
Ms. Kupilik received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint John’s University where she majored in History.
Outside of the office, Isabel spends her free time traveling, reading, playing racquet sports, fostering dogs whenever possible, and spending time with her spouse.
Isabel is a member of the New York Bar and is admitted to practice law in all New York State Courts.
